The On Stage programme, run by the EJMA Live Foundation, offers young emerging artists their first professional immersion. Supported at every stage – from preparing their set to managing a concert in real conditions – participants tackle all aspects of performing on stage and gain valuable experience. More than just a springboard, On Stage is a learning space and a decisive step towards building a lasting network in the world of contemporary music.

Music comes naturally to her. At 17, Swiss singer Tess Giordano released her first EP with pop-folk and rock influences. A singer-songwriter, she delivers powerful lyrics that reflect a youth in search of direction. Her song Promises is broadcast on Couleur 3. With her sincere voice and bright melodies
MODY AND THE BIRDS
Synth folk pop, VD
Mody and the birds, a dreamer and self-taught songwriter, has been creating musical stories since childhood, blending melancholy, euphoria and human paradoxes. Inspired by nature, Miyazaki, McQueen and cyberpunk, she blends the ancient and the modern. Her first album, Liminal Tales from a Nightingale, was released in 2024, followed by a performance at the Prémices Festival 2025 in Lausanne.
