When two musicians from Vaud take on the work of Alain Bashung, it\u2019s to bring out its shadows and brilliance. With <em>Achtung Bashung<\/em>, Matteo Simonin and Daniel Roelli (winner of the 2019 Artistic Prize of the Region and City of Nyon) deliver a classy and inventive tribute on a double vinyl, joined by top-tier collaborators: drummer Christophe Calpini, a long-time partner of the artist on <em>L\u2019Imprudence<\/em>, and trumpeter Matthieu Michel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together, they celebrate the dizzying highs and storms of this major figure on the French music scene.
